Attempt to Live Stream St James Meeting

Tonight, March 6, 2013, News on the 'Net is attempting to live stream the St. James meeting beginning at 7:30 pm. The two wireless antennas are more than a half mile apart, which is why this is being called an attempt.

Thank yous to the Chamber of Commerce for their help in this test.

This is the antenna that I used:

Alfa 2000mw 2W Waterproof Marine high power Long Range Outdoor 802.11 B, G, N, USB wireless network Wifi Adaptor with Integrated 12dBi Antenna

I did not have the antenna outside. That may account for the delay times. There was almost a twenty second delay from the actual actions and sounds, but the video was pretty clear.

The Chamber of Commerce will add an outdoor antenna and purchase a faster speed connection in order to support Joeâ??s Beaver Island TV plans. We are pleased to contribute to this worthwhile project.
