Any Ideas?
It looks like this swan is frozen into the ice. It's been out there all day. This is just to the east of the Veterans Park. The ice just formed in the last day so it's unsafe to walk on.

Looks like it broke loose of the ice and is gone.

Watched this happen for many years and they always got out, I guess their body heat is enough to keep them safe!
