small camper for sale on island, little beat up, but still livable. working power outlets, 3 beds, closet and kitchen. fresh tar on roof 3 years ago, no leaks. used to use it for the fishing tournaments and general on island camping and guest housing at home. just have no need for it now, looking for someone who could still use it. putting better tires on it this week since the old ones wouldn't hold air anymore. $400 obo.
