Does anyone on the north end of the island use a tall outside antenna pole for "free" TV? If so what channels can you pull in and if you know what are the compass headings for those channels?

Thanks... keep us posted. We put ours up today, approx 20feet high. We are not getting any "strong" signals. We do have a rotor on it.

I built this super easy INDOOR antenna from coat hangers:

I can pull in 2 different CMU channels and 9 off air stations depending on cloud cover. With an amplifier $9 I can feed my whole house. Said good bye to DTV 2 years ago. Whatever else I need to watch is online. I works surprisingly well!

I have a 40 year old fm/uhf antenna mounted ~ 25' above ground on Barneys lake rd. I receive 10-1,10-2, 8-1,8-2,8-3 and 2 (fm Canada)
