Buddy Martin's new barge

It is great to see Buddy is investing in the future of Beaver Island by having a new barge built. Built in Michigan also. Citizen of the Year candidate. 
If it can't be me, Buddy would be my next choice. 
He always gives me a salute when passing Whiskey Island. I'll keep my eye out for the new barge. 
What about the old barge, does this mean, "Orange Is The New Scrap"?
