Request for Bids â?? Plumbing/HVAC
April 23, 2015
The Beaver Island District Library is requesting bids for plumbing and HVAC work to be completed in the spring of 2015.
The specific services required include:
â?¢ moving the well water supply line to avoid future risk of freezing
â?¢ Replacing one or more plumbing fixture
â?¢ Servicing the heating and AC system.

Expectations:
Contracts will be awarded based on the information presented in the bids received. We will award contracts based on the bid expected to be the most beneficial to the Library based on a range of factors. The Beaver Island District Library reserves the right to award more than one contract, accept the lowest price bid, and refuse any contract without obligation to the Library or to the company offering the proposal.
Deadline:
All bids must be submitted by close of business May 4th, and consideration of submitted bids will commence May 5th. Mail bids to:
