Real estate lawyer?

Might anyone out there know a local real estate lawyer who could help draw up a fairly simple offer to purchase a home on a land contract and get us through the subsequent negotiation process? Any leads would be appreciated. We are hoping to act fairly quickly, so the sooner the better. Thanks much!
