We will be starting up Taekwondo again this Wednesday at the school gym. If you are interested in joining, classes are on Wednesdays (5:30-6:30pm) and Saturdays (3:00-4:00pm).
Classes cost $20 a month and are a great form of exercise if you are looking to get fit. Ages 11 to 60+
