BBQ BACK AT BITE

After 2 years in which we couldn't make it, we will be back at Bite of Beaver selling apple wood smoked, pulled pork and cole slaw.

At our regular stand, by the side door, with our regular selection of Apple Island Sauce (a recipe based on that of world champion bbq meister Mike Mills) and Carolina style mustard sauce. These are the sauce styles we believe best complement the flavour of smoked pork. If you insist on tarted up ketchup to overwhelm the flavour of the meat you will have to bring your own.

As usual proceeds go to the BI Food Pantry
