Make Your Decisions Known
This program will give you the tools to make your decisions about your advance medical directives known. Learn what the legal concerns are, what the characteristics of your healthcare advocate should be, what the medical â??jargonâ?￾ means, the real data on CPR, the 5 Wishes booklet, the goals, benefits and burdens of making your choices known and having the conversation with your loved ones.
About the Presenters
Susie Wischman, BA, works in the Advance Care Planning Department at Munson, Stephanie VanSlyke, RN, works with Susie and also works in the Intensive Care Unit at Munson Medical Center. The presenters will allow time for questions.
