Zumba on Thursday this week
at the Beaver Island Community Center!

The fun, aerobic, Latin-music infused dance fitness program is brought to the Island by certified instructor Megan Heller. All fitness levels and ages are welcome! The program easily adjusts to anyoneâ??s abilities, using engaging forms of music to keep you moving, get your heart rate up, and help you sweat a bit. Plenty of water breaks are incorporated and you can participate for as long (or little) as you like.

Come give it a try! Suggested donation of $5. Dress to move!
