Thanksgiving Dinner will be served tonight at 6 pm at the Beaver Island Christian Church. Come and enjoy good food and good company!

Fifty-five people attended the community Thanksgiving Dinner and held at the Gregg Fellowship Center. As always, the 'bring a dish to pass' provided the most wonderful combinations of salads, rolls, and desserts. This is my favorite day of the year reminiscent of the many island pot luck dinners in the past. Happy Thanksgiving to all, near or far! If you weren't there, we missed you!

Thanks to all the workers, particularly Jean Carpenter, who put in time to set up, prepare, and clean-up.
