AS the Waste Management Committee progresses in future planning, we are committed to protecting the island, and are seeking grant funding to reduce costs for residents. In order to move forward, the committee needs your help in identifying blighted properties. This will allow us to work toward a strategy for eliminating these concerns as part of our efforts to improve waste management services for the island. Please use this link https://airtable.com/appc0pOjygapuqBEw/ ... Zsa5o925He to a fillable form online to support this effort. Looking for some clarification on this subject. Number one, does this apply to year round residents only or does it include part time residents as well. Meaning property owners who have summer homes and rentals. Also, is this grant to assist those with blighted properties to remove items that are very costly to get off the island or is it a subtle form of gentrification?

One man's trash is another's treasure. Seems a bit intrusive unless voluntary. No more mormon houses, old farm implements, Marine Museum?
