Volunteers for C.O.A. on Beaver Island

Hello friends,

The Charlevoix County Commission on Aging office on Beaver Island is seeking volunteers that are willing to be on the referal list for COA clients who need assisitance with Homemaking duties. Some volunteers receive a minumal finacial payment for assisitng clients in their homes through the COA Reimbursement program.

Here are the COA Reimbursment program guidelines for Homemaking duties may include: Bed linens changed, make the bed, dust, wash dishes, take out the trash, clean kitchen, clean stove, clean refrigerator, vacuum, sweep, mop, clean bathroom, grocery shop, errands, bring in mail and laundry.
