off season rental 2022 - 2023

Hello, would like to rent a place Sep 2022 through June 2023 or fewer months within that timeframe. We are 2 seniors with a dog. Best if near the ferry dock, but on a plowed road ok if there is some kind of overhead coverage for the car. Want to move to the island but have to experience more seasons before committing to purchase. (Already contacted S. Richards) With this post I hope to catch the attention of the circumstantial, occasional, or new landlord who might have a situation that the realty companies do no have or do not deal with. We would be in residence frequently but not continuously.
