EC or Ed or RG or . . .

Would you please take a few minutes to explain why we should vote yes? I have not yet seen a coherent argument for consolidation and would sincerely appreciate your thoughts.

Respectfully . . .

The Beaver Island Community Center will host a forum on the Pros and Cons of Township Consolidation on April 16, 2018 @ 7:00 p.m. All are welcome. More information to follow on the make up of the presenters but there will be representatives from both sides of the issue along with an Independent moderator.

On January 10, 2018, the Petitioners informed readers of this Forum that township consolidation would appear on the May 8th ballot. In the following 72 days, no one has articulated a coherent case for consolidation, nor have they identified any tangible benefits or cited any supporting facts.

Kudos to Ron Wojan and the PABI board for scheduling an informational event on April 16, 2018, but does this mean that we need to wait another 24 days before someone . . . anyone . . . makes a case for consolidation?

Just asking an obvious question.

So no answers to the questions that have been presented to the website that was set up to answer the questions.
