looking at selling my tiny house

I have a tiny house I built my senior year of high school. on a 5th wheel trailer, hand made tongue and groove walls, hardwood flooring, loft, counter tops. it is a basic design. It is insulated and does have a propane heater that works well. Right now I am using it for storage and it does need a little bit of work. it has plenty of room for improvement, room on top of 5th wheel for deck or addition and room off back for deck or porch. only reason I am selling is I am looking into buying a newer truck. asking 3,500 or best offer. you can call or email me if interested. leviconnor@yahoo.com or 231-459-6697
