Immunization Clinic

Tuesday, December 13th from 11:00-3:00 Northwest Michigan Health Department will be at BICS for an Immunization Clinic. Appointments are required please call 1-800-432-4121 to schedule. You will need to bring your insurance card, cash or personal check (No credit cards). Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

NW Health Department Visit

I was told by the Health Department that they also have a special grant for those people who are eligible for the shingles vaccine and have no coverage. The cost would be $10.00 for those who qualify. Normally, the cost is $240.00. Call the NW Health Department to schedule your visit tomorrow.

It's a shame the info about the shingle vaccine wasn't out sooner for those that might have wanted to get one.
