COA First Fall Sunday Dinner 9/25!

Please join us Sunday, September 25th starting at 11am for the Charlevoix County Commission on Aging's Beaver Island "First Fall Sunday Dinner" at the Beaver Island Community Center!

Greet the Fall equinox with a wonderful post-summer feast
of Ham, Cheezy Potatoes, Green Beans (or peasâ?¦), Dinner Rolls and Mixed-Berries Cobbler--ala mode!

Special door prizes, raffles, and treats!

Suggested donation of $4 for those 60 yeas of age and older. Charge of $8 for those 13 - 59; and $4 for those 12 and under. Everyone is welcome to attend!

SPECIAL GUEST: Roman Hank, Assistant Director of the Charlevoix County Commission on Aging, will introduce, explain, and answer questions on the Beaver Island Senior In-Home Services Reimbursement Program!

A brand new program available to BI Seniors through the CVX Commission on Aging, it provides reimbursement benefits for up to $80 per month per household to BI Seniors for services rendered for personal care, homemaker, and respite. Come find out about this new program!

Don't forget, this Sunday 9/25 'First Fall COA Sunday Dinner'!

Update: Yes, the vegetable will be Green Peas, and the fruit dessert will be "Crisps" instead of Cobbler--still ala mode!
