1. Bidders are invited to contact Jason Darwin at 231-448-2744 to schedule a visit to assess work to be done.
2. Sealed bids addressed to BICS Superintendent/Principal must be received in the school office by June 30 at 10:00 am
3. Bids must include a copy of the bidderâ??s current driverâ??s license and an official copy of liability insurance.
4. Beaver Island Community School reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Requirements:
1) Removal of 14 trees as marked in various areas around the school property, and clean-up and disposal of all debris at bidderâ??s expense. NOTE: A bucket truck or heavy equipment will most likely be required to remove the trees and limbs.
2) Cutting back of limbs as marked around perimeter of soccer field.
The work must be completed in full by July 17; Company must submit an invoice to the school office for payment
