Cardio Drumming at the BIC Center

Hello friends,

Why do ghosts love elevators? The answer will be at the end of this Cardio Drumming announcement.

Cardio Drumming is scheduled for Mondays at 10 a.m. at the Beaver Island Community Center. If you prefer to bring your own equipment you will need a Yoga or Exercise ball, plastic tub or laundry basket and drumsticks. I have attached a photo of the equipment used in the class to this post.

We do have 8 cardio drum kits already for those who do not have it. You may also improvise with wooden kitchen utensils, pool noodles or more. Want to see what Cardio Drumming is about? Check us out at 10 a.m. on Monday, January 22, 2024, at the Beaver Island Community Center.
