Barge/ship anchored in Sand Bay

Does anyone know about the barge or freighter that has been anchored all night in Sand Bay? It’s still there.
Gale force winds all night long.
Sure was a rough night sleeping for me.
Imagine being on that vessel!

It is the composite-tug barge Prentis Brown. They probably had a peaceful night as they are anchored in the protection of the island; the wind is west and northwest so they are protected from the waves.
