New emergency rules for all businesses conducting business in Charlevoix, Antrim, Emmett and Otsego Counties. Businesses are required to keep logs of workers and assure that they to the best of their knowledge have had no contact with any possible COVID patients or conducted travel in the last 14 days.

Unrelated this is an awesome video from CDC researcher Dr Jane Seward the lecture starts 4 minutes in. There is a lot of information on how contagious the virus is. Most transmission occurrs by people who have no symptoms at all. The current infection rate in Charlevoix County is 1/3000. That is likely why you havent seen a case there yet. Most transimission is by people who have no symptoms at all. That is why social distancing is the best tool that we have.
