DONEGAL BAY ROAD WORK COMPLETED

Post by Gillespie »

Restoration on Donegal Bay Road is done and we do appreciate how great the cooperation was in winding back and forth on the road caused some confusion but everyone really was great and we thank you! Fine grading will make the route very nice and with water running off instead of laying on the road you will all see significant improvement in pretty short order! Special thanks to Steve Crandall for working with us to wrap things up! The cold weather caught us all off guard but it is done!

Is there a deadline date as I was thinking it was going to be before now, wasn't this started in the fall? Tourist season is coming.........

Why do you care Andy, you are in Peaine. Just starting trouble again? This is a St. James project.

OK, stop, we are done with the bickering, the election is over. We need to grade the shoulders and seed them. The road commission did not want the seeding done in the fall and then the load limits and cold precluded finishing it earlier. Lastly there is some gravel to be placed and then it's done. We couldn't start sooner so that's the way it is. Let's all move on shall we, there is much to accomplish!
