Charlevoix County Transit
On Beaver Island

Effective November 1, 2016 all ride reservations will be scheduled through the Transit Dispatch Office in Boyne City.

Beaver Island passengers may call 231-582-6900 or our toll free number 800-918-3447 for service. Calls will be received between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Same day calls are accepted but itâ??s best to make advanced reservations.

Demand Response Service Winter Hours
November 1, 2016 through April 30, 2017
Monday â?? Friday (Closed Weekends)
12:30 p.m. â?? 4:30 p.m.

Bob, Why should our transit service be any different than the mainland? We pay year round taxes for transit service, we should have the same scheduled service the mainland has!
