*Yoga Classes June 27th* schedule

Please join us Monday June 27th for our first week of Yoga at the beautiful Community Center.

Monday 9:30 - 10:30 Basic Yoga
For all levels.

Monday 11:00 - 12:00 Therapeutic Yoga
Designed for the adult student with health issues that are unable to attend a basic yoga class. All poses are modified and chairs are used if needed for support.

Wednesday 9:30 a.m. Alignment and Restorative Yoga

Friday 9:30 a.m. Basic Yoga Vinyasa

As in prior years, a donation of $10 will graciously be accepted to help support the Community Center for everyone's enjoyment.
