Menu Items

In case anyone is wondering what we will have or what they might be able to bring to the WPBC Pig Roast this Saturday, we will have:

roasted pork
coleslaw
bread
tossed salad

Michelle mentioned bringing her legendary potato salad. Otherwise, we don't have a sign-up sheet or anything, though this forum thread could serve as a virtual one.

Things that would be nice:

Your favorite barbecue sauces or other condiments
Assorted chips
casseroles/mac & cheese sorts of things
Soups (we can set up a power strip to run crock pots)
desserts
buns?
other potluck things I'm forgetting...

Oh, and if you have a folding chair you can bring, we don't have much in the way of seating. Lots of buckets though.

The event will be held at the old Pittman Farm on Carlisle Road. The weather looks promising, cool but sunny. I hope to see you there!

A special "Thank you" goes out to all of the ladies and gentlemen who graciously donated their time and energy to help make this event possible for the whole community! I personally do not drink beer anymore  but I do support those that endeavor to produce something that is Island made and that can be shared with friends. Keep up the good work y'all  E. 8)
