Ready to pick up your yoga pace a bit? Join us Tuesday August 4th at the Community Center for this fun class.
This class is geared for students that have an established yoga practice and know posture alignment. IF you are a basic student you are more then welcome to experience a faster pace vinyasa class and move at your own pace.
Must be at least 16 yrs old to join (thank you)
Tuesday August 4th 10:00 a.m. Vinyasa
Vinyasa utilizes fluid transitions from pose to pose, seamlessly linking body, breath, and movement.
Students flow through spirited posture sequences with fewer breaks and at a more vigorous pace. This class links body movement with breath and emphasizes strengthening the core. Pose modifications and challenges are offered to fit the participantâ??s experience level. Some benefits for you are improved posture, flexibility, balance, and strength as well as calming of your mind and lessening of stress!
Personal modifications should be known and utilized.
The Community Center has the availability to let us practice in this beautiful space, and in a gesture of gratitude a $10 donation for the class will be accepted.
* Mats / blocks / straps available
* It is STRONGLY recommended not to eat or drink 1-2 hr prior to practice
This is NOT a weekly addition. Normal classes schedule is M, W, F.
