The applications for the spring turkey hunt are on sale either online (Michigan.gov/dnr) or through stores that sell licenses, etc.
The cost is $4.
Spring hunt starts April 21 and ends May 4.
Beaver Island is in the location of B this year... not J as in last year's.
According to the book... there will be 1000 licenses available so make sure to apply. Those early hunts are the best time- before they break up too much.....
We have lots of turkeys on the island and this is one way to manage the flock size.
