Jeff Powers' beagle, Pippa, took off from his cabin at the south end and is wandering the swamps and trails in that vicinity. She is friendly, but shy. Please keep a watch out for her, during this wintry weather. Jeff's cell service is sketchy down there, but you could leave a message here at the hardware: 231-448-2572

Special thanks to Jimmy Wojan who helped to rescue the wandering beagle. She is once again safe and sound however her traveling privileges have been revoked for awhile!

Thanks for all who offered to help bring her back .

Doc, Don't be too hard on her, it's in her blood to wander.

Jimmy, Another great rescue that ends well. Thanks for looking out for the four legged friends on the island as well as their two legged best friends.

Tug likes to wander over here but Whiskey is so small he gets dizzy before he gets lost.
