Come join us Wednesday & Friday at 9:30 a.m. at the Community Center for a yoga practice.

Monday had a wonderful group practicing at different levels. That's the beauty of yoga- we can all practice at our own level and pace.

Take a little bit of time out of your busy day to practice the postures and the breath work and feel the benefits for the rest of the day!

Mats and blocks available
