looking for a place to stay for two weeks

My name's Alex Aguilar. I'm visiting the island this June in memory of my deceased mentor. I have looked at all the motels and hotels and the prices just seem to steep. The only thing I need is a roof over my head I don't need all the accommodations. I am staying two weeks from the 1st to the 15th of June. I am willing to pay or even do work for a simple place to rest the two weeks I'm there.
