I am thankful-
To all the people who donated time and/or money to give me a beautiful new home. My dogs and I thank you!

To Carol and Dan Burton, who are doing a great job with the boat shop. Bill is certainly smiling down on you!

To Keith and Rachel, for the winter party.

To all the caring lovely people on the island.

To all the 'fudgies' who keep our island going, and all the island people who work their a**** off during the summer.

Thanks to Dan and Carol Burton and family for the annual family-friendly Music Festival!!! It is an amazing event that draws visitors to the Island. It is well-organized and has a very laid back vibe. We look forward to it every year.

high~~~~before i start my list of thank you's, i would like to mention that there are a few things that i wish i would have invented.
A) velcro B) post it notes C) the song imagine and D) the beautiful
idea of spreading positive energy and love on the beaver island forum!
now, her are my deepest thank you's!!!
1)i would like to thank my wife, for whom i could not survive without!
2)to my sons, stryder and saygan, who give me the constant gift
of hope, for beaver island and all the world that we grown up's are
passing to the next generation.
3)i thank my mother for all the love support and lessons she gave to me.
for example: i was taught to always look for the good in people. which
leads me to -----
4)thank you to every living soul that i have had the honor to meet
on this special rock we call beaver island. you could be an old friend,
or someone i met in line at the store, the first timer i meet at the beach, the one --(don't tell beth)-- that i had a beer with. in short,
everyone of us touches us in ways the other may never know.
and, because of my mother, i always look for the best in everyone
that i meet.
5)finally my list of five would not be complete without giving thanks to the one i spend more time with then anyone in the whole world.
i would like to thank my dog saiah for all of her unconditional love.
i have one last thought that i would like to leave you all with.
the trees have been tremendous this fall, paradise bay is always
amazing, the stars at night, a gorges sun rise in the morning.
these are all beautiful natural resources, but lets give thanks to the greatest resource of all on the island. THE PEOPLE --- ALL OF THEM!!
remember we are all prisoners of paradise!!!!!!!! love ~~~~ joddy
