This draft plan has been released for a one-month public comment period, before it will be considered by the St. James Township Board at a public hearing at its February 4, 2012 meeting. It was prepared, at the Boardâ??s request, by Peter Plastrik.
A printed copy of the plan is available at the Beaver Island Library.
