All parts are included. Motor works well. Easy to assemble, even for me. Queen size. If you have not seen these, this is a basic model which includes a platform instead of a box spring and then a mattress cover which encloses foam pieces and the inflatable part. This one has two chambers so one side can be firmer than the other. The platform can be used with or without a bed. In other words it can be placed right on the floor. Can use normal Queen size linens.
