Are there any plans to improve service to the south end of the island?

I think I found them on Ed’s site. Parcels 6 and 7? 67k for 27 acres of wetlands? I love wetlands but........ they must just be really fantastic and beautiful parcels at that price. Unless I am looking at the wrong listing?
