March Update: Hemlock Wooly Adelgid (HWA) and Emerald Ash Borer (EAB)

Teams scoured hemlock around Beaver Island and found no evidence of HWA. Four counties in SW Michigan are currently battling HWA which was introduced by infected hemlocks transported from another state.
