That explains it....got a bottle of it last fall to wash
the bugs off the leading edge of the wings on the Cessna.
It even cleaned the paint off....

a lot of those "tourists" are already armed.

BTW, in Michigan you have to open carry in a bar to be
legal.

That Golden Bones got me too. Had to google it to see what kind of fish it was, never heard a CARP called that before. Of course I'm not much of a fisherman. Will admit they are kinda fun to catch. We used to bottem fish for them in a creek using shredded wheat, usually about 10-15 pounders....usual...

Thanks for the replys, there really was nothing sinister about the question. We were talking about visiting the island and I mentioned it's one of the few places I go and don't "carry". This lead to wondering about the last time someone was killed or beat, robbed, shot...etc. Must be a bor...

Well I live outside Flint, they run around 60 per year and I think
the conviction rate is about 35-40%. You're pretty safe.
BTW. Do you own a backhoe?

Odd question, but when was the last murder on the island?
Looked around on the web and found nothing real current.
Some of us that visit a few times a year were talking about
the island and the topic came up...just curious.
