I'm trying to get in shape to even ride my bike the 8 miles into town. But that is a good idea - some of my neighbors do the ride on the King's Highway to the lighthouse and back.

And while we're complaining - let's talk about the pricing! With internet access elsewhere around $14.95 a month, I can't believe the TDS price of $29.95 a month. And they charge us seasonals something like $45 to "turn it off" during the winter.

Is there anyplace on the island that the public can go to use cardio exercise equipment? Like an eliptical trainer, bike, etc.? Does the health center have such things to use.

My friend says: I know it as the Moonflower, Ipomoea alba. The way you can tell if it is this or Datura is - Datura is strongly scented and the Ipomoea give out a milky juice when cut. Those two aspects should identify it.

This plant is also called locoweed and is toxic to animals that may eat it in fields (thus the common name locoweed!). It is also harmful to children if they accidentally ingest the seeds. See Wikipedia.
