Looking for someone to do window washing in our two story house on Donegal Bay. Any suggestions?

If you reside on Donegal Bay please be aware that beach chairs, which we had left on the beach, are missing. Since they were secured to a post, we know that they were not washed away. This is the first time in 30 years that we had encountered this problem on the island.
