Good question. The pasta dinner for the Beaver Island Veteran Project will have a non meat sauce. Maybe the school should offer something like that.

I contacted one of the teacher at the LightHouse School in regards to how the fund raiser money is spent. I understand some of your points. I work with the museum once and awhile and all that visit love it. Some want to know more about their families. We have hours and hours of taped interviews. I would love to see them available for all to see on demand.

The Lighthouse School provides a positive learning environment for student that don't do well in a traditional school. I support their efforts.
