Point well taken. I think you are also thinking of the recent tax reform bill. No doubt Washington is screwed up but we should not let that cascade down to us.

No argument from me, I've always supported informational meetings, discussion and involvement by as many as possible. It has to be orchestrated properly or it will quickly morph into a nonproductive yelling match.

PSJA is required to go by the stricter of requirements which means the township at 760 sq ft or thereabouts prevails. If the township changes the minimum below 400, PSJA's 400 being the stricter would be the number.
